Using a box, add a few ingredients to make this DELICIOUS (spicy) baked Mac and Cheese that will make your friends thinks you are a kitchen witch!
4 oz Monterey Jack Blend shredded cheese (save a little for the top.)
4 oz sharp cheddar
1/2 cup Sour Cream
(which I accidentally left out.)
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
or more (I use 1 tsp. I like it spicy!)
12 Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Prepare Dinner as directed on package. Stir in shredded cheese, sour cream and pepper; spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
3. Mix cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over ingredients in casserole.
4. Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
